Emotional Freedom tapping (EFT) uses the fingertips to stimulate energy points in the body, to help manage difficult emotional or physical feelings/pain. Positive affirmations are also used to help manage emotions so you can feel more calm and present in the moment.
This effective technique works by tapping on your meridian points (energy highways in our bodys) to help unblock energy lines while aiming at accepting and resolving the negative emotion. This technique helps send signals directly to the stress centres in our midbrains to help unblock and repair energy lines and the positive affirmations that are used helps us to accept the negative emotion and rewire our brains.
