I have an overactive mind, so I started practicing and studying yoga and meditation in 2009.  Since then I’ve spent years training and experimenting with different meditation and yoga styles. I regularly attend meditation and yoga classes as well as retreats, so I am always developing my knowledge and experiences. I have studied a number of courses and I am a qualified meditation, yoga teacher (children’s and adults), sound therapist and Emotional Freedom Tapping practitioner (EFT). The workshops and classes I run provide practical daily mindfulness techniques and strategies that can be used if you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

                       

Motherhood

I am a mum of two girls so meditation and yoga has helped me with motherhood and provided my children with strategies to manage difficult emotions. I teach meditation and yoga in schools as well as run workshops to provide practical skills to manage difficult emotions.

Wellbeing programmes, mindfulness & mental health in the workplace

I have worked in a high pressured, performance driven and corporate environment since 2004. I have adopted many practical and empowering techniques that allow me to be present, productive, compassionate and successful in what I do. I managed and developed a diverse and successful wellbeing programme for over 700 employees that are located across the UK & Ireland. I project managed the programme for over five years and developed wellbeing initiatives to help support employees. I am also a qualified mental health first aider. I can help your organisation to set up or further develop successful and impactful wellbeing programmes.
