Chair yoga classes

I share some practical chair-based yoga postures to integrate into your day. My classes focus on:

  • Gentle postures to help improve: coordination, posture, sleep, your physical and mental well-being
  • Relieves tension in your body from spending long periods of time sitting down
  • Helps reduce stress, frustration anxiety etc
  • Learn some calming breathing techniques to help regulate your nervous system
  • Visualisation to aid relaxation
  • Positive affirmation to cultivate a positive mindset
  • Body scans to connect with all parts of our bodies
  • Suitable for most people that have a mobility issues
  • I teach in retirement homes, offices etc. in the Saltdean, Brighton area
  • One to one sessions are available
