My hatha yoga classes are a beautiful mix of strong dynamic flow with a blend of relaxing breathing techniques. The classes focus on the below:

Chair yoga classes
I share some practical chair-based yoga postures to integrate into your day. My classes focus on:
- Gentle postures to help improve: coordination, posture, sleep, your physical and mental well-being
- Relieves tension in your body from spending long periods of time sitting down
- Helps reduce stress, frustration anxiety etc
- Learn some calming breathing techniques to help regulate your nervous system
- Visualisation to aid relaxation
- Positive affirmation to cultivate a positive mindset
- Body scans to connect with all parts of our bodies
- Suitable for most people that have a mobility issues
- I teach in retirement homes, offices etc. in the Saltdean, Brighton area
- One to one sessions are available
