I worked in a high pressured, performance driven and corporate environment for over 15 years. I have adopted many practical and empowering techniques that allow me to be present, productive, compassionate and successful in what I do. I developed a diverse and impactful wellbeing programme for over 700 people located across the UK & Ireland, I project managed this for over five years and developed wellbeing initiatives to help support employees. I am a qualified meditation teacher, sound therapist, emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) practitioner and mental health first aider. I can help your organisation to set up or further develop successful and impactful wellbeing programmes. I run a variety of practical and relaxing workshop in companies, such as:

Mindfulness in the workplace
In today’s fast paced world we all need and deserve time to ourselves to slow down, relax and feel more centred. It is very beneficial to take some time out of our busy lives and to reconnect with our minds and our body so we can feel calm and be more mindful. Mindfulness and Meditation can help manage stress, anxiety, pain and depression. It can also help with: concentration, improved sleep, self compassion, productivity levels. I have a wealth of experience in running mindfulness in the workplace classes and workshops to senior leaders, teams and individual sessions.
