Breath work to help you focus, reduce anxiety, relax and improve your sleep. Visualisation to help develop strategies to help you manage difficult emotions and feel calm. Positive affirmations and practicing gratitude that can help cultivate a positive mindset

The beautiful sounds of the crystal singing bowls creates vibrations that can connect with your cells in your body. These pure tones can help shift brain waves to help you heal, relax and reduce anxiety, stress, pain, depression etc.

All sound baths and meditation classes take place in my beautiful studio in Saltdean, Brighton.
